How to take advantage of the offer?

The Partner’s Terms & Conditions.
Cancelation. Notify changes to itinerary, travel dates, traveler name(s) and cancellations at least 48 hours (24 hours for United Signature Services (USS)) prior to the requested service date, otherwise, additional change/cancellation fees may apply when applicable.
Urgent orders. New bookings and change requests (to basic information) made within 48 hours prior to service time will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total service cost (excluding USS). Services are provided subject to their availability, which cannot be guaranteed; however, we will do our best to fit. Confirmation is sent after booking confirmation.
Extra hours (>3 hours). If the service duration exceeds 3 hours, additional labor charges may apply, which will vary depending on the service location. Please note that Global Airport Concierge is unable to advise of fees in advance. Fees will be available after the service is completed as we are unable to determine in advance the possible service duration, such as mechanical issues, flight delays, last minute additional requests, etc.
Additional services. Meeters cannot and will not carry any items of luggage, including carry-on luggage, if you need assistance with your luggage, you can request a carrier service. Please note that carrier services are not included in the price and are an additional service for the meet and greet. Fast track will be provided where possible, however our meeters will do their best to expedite the process. Please check with the Global Airport Concierge customer service if it is available at the requested location. If wheelchair assistance is required, we ask you to contact your air carrier directly to confirm this service. Please note that meeters are not allowed to push wheelchairs.
United Signature Services. Unified Signature Service includes in the USA: United Club lounge access, first class check-in, first-class security access and group boarding on two flights (except international). Please note that if the service lasts more than 3 hours and the attendant is present for the entire duration of the service, an additional work fee will be charged.
Transfer services. If the transfer service lasts more than 5 hours or involves 2 separate flights/airlines or baggage needs to be re-checked in, it will be treated as an arrival and departure service as the passenger needs to complete all formalities upon arrival (including baggage claim) and then check in on the departing flight after going through security/passport control.
Rules and payment policy. The Client shall contact the meeter or the driver to receive services starting at airports, train stations or ports. This is required to arrange meeting of passengers and meters at meeting point. If you cannot find a meeter or driver, the passenger shall contact our 24/7 customer service at +1-866-662-4952 or +44-8000-124-007 for immediate assistance. If the passenger fails to contact the Global Airport Concierge to inform them of any issues that may have arisen, this service will not be refund. Any refunds will be credited to your account within ten days. Bookings not processed via the website will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Please note that the fee applies to all payments and is not subject to refund. Global Airport Concierge shall not be liable for any issues caused by flight delays or weather conditions.
