How to use the Fast Track service from Visa:
- You need to register or be registered in the VisaConcierge chatbot.
- Select Visa Travel in the main menu of the chatbot, and then select Fast Track International.
- Select the country and airport.
- Select one of the proposed flight types: Departure, International Departure or International Arrival.
- Select the country you are flying to and the terminal you are departing from.
- Enter the flight number and date in the special field.
- Provide the necessary data to receive a PDF file with a QR code for completing Fast Track.
- Download the voucher.

- Proceed to the DUSgateway gate (as shown on the terminal map – at Gates B security control point, level 1). A photo of the gate and its location can be found in this guide. IMPORTANT: You can only access the DUSgateway during the 20-minute window indicated on your voucher.
- Scan your boarding pass at the counter. IMPORTANT: The name and flight number on your voucher must match the details on your boarding pass.
- If your boarding pass is not recognized due to technical reasons, scan the QR code from the voucher you received.
- Once your boarding pass/voucher has been scanned, you will be allowed to skip the security check.

- To find the Fast Track gate, follow Fast Track signs in the premises of the airport terminal. The image of Fast Track and its location on the map of the terminal are shown in this guide. At the Fast Track gate scan the QR code from your voucher.
- You can provide the voucher in both electronic and printed form. If you have decided to show the electronic voucher, turn up the brightness level of your device before scanning the QR code.

The QR code that grants fast-track access can be generated in advance, no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the flight. It can only be activated on the day of the flight. In the airports of Milan (MXP), Italy; Geneva (GVA), Zurich (ZRH), Switzerland, the QR code can be generated in advance, no later than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the flight. For Dubai Airport (DXB), UAE, the QR code can be generated in advance, no later than 48 (forty-eight) hours before the flight. For Frankfurt (FRA) and Düsseldorf (DUS) airports in Germany, the QR code can be generated in advance, but no earlier than 96 (ninety-six) hours before the flight.
