- The holder of a premium card must contact the Visa Concierge service at least 12 hours before departure and provide the following information:
- first and last name of the passenger;
- date, time and flight number;
- passenger contact phone number;
- when ordering, the user should note that as holder of Visa Platinum / Platinum Business / Signature / Infinite card, he is a participant in the Fast Line campaign from Visa.
- Upon receiving the request, the airport staff informs the passenger which Terminal entrance he should approach.
- The airport staff meets the passenger with a sign at the designated Terminal entrance and escorts him to the Salam Service counter, which is also located at Entrance 1 or 2 of Terminal 1 or 2.
- The passenger is offered porter services. These porter services are provided up to the check-in counter, after which this service is charged additionally. Afterward, an airport staff member escorts the passenger to the Fast Track check-in counter. Upon reaching the expedited check-in counter and checking in the luggage, the passenger presents the ticket(s) to the airport staff member. If the presented documents are in order, the airport staff member proceeds with the flight check-in process.
If the User has items to declare, the Airport agent will guide the user to the required counter and assist in filling out the customs declaration. Next, the user will be directed to the Security Zone for expedited inspection. - The passenger is offered the service of packing one piece of luggage, which is included in the Salam Gold Visa service, before checking it in at the appropriate counter.
- Upon entering the Security Zone, the passenger provides his boarding pass for verification. He must undergo a personal search and provide hand luggage for inspection through an X-ray machine. Next, the passenger will be directed to the Express Passport Control counter.
- At Passport Control, the passenger provides his boarding pass for verification.
- After the necessary procedures have been completed, the passenger is escorted to the general waiting room for boarding.

How to use the Fast Line service: Salam Platinum Visa (Arrival)
- The holder of a premium card must contact the Visa Concierge service at least 12 hours before departure and provide the following information:
- first and last name of the passenger;
- date, time and flight number;
- passenger contact phone number;
- when ordering, the user should note that as the owner of Visa Platinum / Platinum Business / Signature / Infinite card, he is a participant in the FastLine campaign from Visa.
- The airport staff meets the passenger with a sign at the entrance to Terminal 1 from the platform side.
- The airport staff escorts the passenger to the appropriate expedited passport control counter and performs out-of-line check-in.
- After expedited passport control without the queue, the airport staff escorts the passenger to the premium lounge in Terminal 2 of the airport.
- The porter takes the baggage claim ticket from the passenger. Baggage is provided to the passenger from the porter's side. If necessary, assistance is offered in filling out the customs declaration.
If a passenger wants to cancel the Fast Line service from Visa, the User must report this in the Visa Concierge chatbot 3 hours before departure.
